SALMON PATRICIA
Poached Salmon steak, with a White Wine, Cream & Prawn sauce.

PLAIN GRILLED FILLET OF SOLE
Grilled with Butter and Lemon.

BRIXHAM PLAICE MORNAY
Fresh fillet, steamed with Lemon & White Wine, covered with a mature Cheddar Cheese sauce; topped with Mozzarella & surrounded by Creamed Potatoes, served with fresh vegetables.

FISHERMAN’S PIE
Flakes of White fish, smoked Haddock, Salmon, Prawns and Mussels in a Wine, Dill & Cream sauce; topped with Creamed potatoes, served with fresh vegetables.

SEAFOOD PANCAKES
Pancakes stuffed with Chef’s seafood selection in a White Wine & Dill sauce; served with a side salad

Chef's Special Fish Dishes
COCKY COCKHAVEN
Pan fried local scallops with Smoked Bacon, Onion, Parsley and White Wine and finished with Cream and a Nutmeg mash

NEPTUNE’S CORNUCOPIA
Fillet of Sole stuffed with Crab and Scallops; topped with River Teign Mussels, Clams and Prawns in a White Wine, Seafood & Cream sauce.

GRILLED FILLET of SALMON
Wrapped in Parma Ham and served on a bed of Pasta, served with a Tomato, Garlic and Herb Sauce

Main Course Fish Dishes: £9.95   Chef's Special Fish Dishes: from £12.50 to £15.75
inclusive of your choice of Potatoes and Fresh Seasonal Vegetables or Side Salad (unless stated otherwise). If you run out, just ask for more, which will be provided free of charge.
