Grilled Whole with a Gooseberry and Elderflower glaze.
Sliced and we recommend served PINK, unless you ask for it to be well done.
Also available with a Mint & Apple glaze for the traditionalists.

Wrapped in Smoked Bacon & served with a Dijon mustard, Honey, Brandy & Cream sauce
